
Jennifer Stites, MDes, PMP, RI
CEO
Jennifer brings 20 years of experience in project delivery and community building, specializing in complex infrastructure and urban development projects ranging from $250M to $5B. Known for tackling dynamic and non-conventional assignments, she partners with owners to navigate challenges and deliver impactful results.
With a Master in Design from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), Jennifer’s leadership in Canadian infrastructure is recognized through national accolades, including the 2016 Canadian Women's Infrastructure Network Leadership Award.
In addition to her role as CEO at Studio 710, Jennifer is also President at Stites Co., a professional project delivery practice that is co-located in Studio 710’s corporate headquarters, promoting project management excellence as part of every Studio 710 assignment. Jennifer brings strong business acumen to Studio 710 operations, having gained year after year recognition on the Globe and Mail’s Top Growing Company list since 2021.
